Shipping policy
All orders are processed on average within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note order processing times are separate from shipping times shown at checkout. In the event we experience potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal/delivery service problems that are outside of our control; all orders will be processed as close to our average processing time as possible. So that our customers are able to receive their orders within a timely fashion we aim to process and ship all orders as soon as possible. .
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for all orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
At this time we do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at stylzselect@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the initial shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at stylzselect@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
To return your product, you will be provided instructions on doing so by email should you need or are requesting to return an item(s).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) outside of the item(s) being damaged or defective. Shipping costs for non damaged items are non-refundable. Please make sure to email us prior to shipping any and all unwanted item(s) back. Failure to do so will hold up the return, exchange, and/or result in refusal of a refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. As we are unable to guarantee your retuned item will be received.
